About us

We are Jess and Brittany, co-founders of JL Solutions.

We built JL Solutions because too many businesses are stuck using disconnected tools, outdated workflows, and systems that create more work instead of less. The result is slower operations, missed opportunities, and frustrating customer experiences.

Jess brings deep experience in full stack development, UX, and business process design, with a background building secure, user-focused solutions across government, healthcare, nonprofit, and private-sector environments.

Brittany brings a thoughtful, people-centered perspective and a strong focus on strategy, operations, and long-term business value. Having known each other since grade school, we built JL Solutions on a real foundation of trust, collaboration, and shared vision.

Together, we focus on practical automation, better user experiences, and systems that help businesses run smoother, serve better, and grow with less friction.
